If you believe you have received a defective item, the item must be returned within 15 days of purchase for evaluation.

The item must be returned at the customer's expense for inspection. All returned items are carefully evaluated to determine whether a manufacturing defect exists before a refund, replacement, or other resolution is approved.

Please note that items showing signs of normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, improper care, or excessive wear are not considered defective and will not qualify for a return or replacement. Shoes must be returned in a condition that allows for a proper inspection and must not exhibit excessive wear.
